D2R Game Setting: "Chat Gem Mode"

You have to click it until you get a moo, then 50 more times for the luck to work

I won't be able to log in for a few more days

Where is that setting? And what are the options? Can I save myself an hour and set it perfect from the start?

It has two settings, manual and automatic. I imagine it does nothing. It's just part of thr in game settings menu.

Manual seems to result in a chance that a 9 digit number will appear?
