Are there any set items or whole sets that become MVPs after patch?

Since you'll be able to upgrade the base item to exceptional/elite?

I don't thinky any of them becomes MVP (they also want to add new Runewords) but there will be some of them more usable then before.

Whitstan's Guard as

Luna get 8% Block for example and many Belts become more usable with 16 Slots (like

Death's Guard together with

Death's Hand 30 IAS with CBF and +15 Resist and 8% Life Leech is not that bad for about level 30).

They did say they'd revisit set bonuses too. I'd love to see the set bonuses for Orphan's Call revised. They are terribad. Guillame's instantly better upgraded for extra defense at least. But

Magnus' Skin/

Wilhelm's Pride and

Guillaume's Face together could have some nice new partial set bonus.

Aldur's Rhythm will suck a bit less when upgraded to

Devil Star.
And I want Heaven's Brethren to be worthy of wearing. It'd be an immense shame for the

Ondal's Almighty unique one-of-a-kind look wasted when there's finally an opportunity for a change.

With the existing set bonuses though? Definitely not.

Oh, i read over that they want to change sets too. That could be nice. I hope they go down the road with more character level based stats so it could be used much longer.

And i agree that Heaven's Brethen should be buffed. I try to see use in every item or set in the game and i failed to find any use in Heaven's Brethren.
